We’re looking for a Construction Technician to perform pre- and post-occupancy work, including finished carpentry. Additional duties include inspecting warranty requests; ensuring completion of repairs and maintaining customer relations; as well as assisting with the construction of models and distribution of materials.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years related experience. Understanding of warranty standards and ability to lift up to 35 lbs are musts. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. Reliable transportation and own tools are required. Good verbal and organizational skills, as well as supervisory background are desirable.
