Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing job sites, and ensuring the achievement of site compl . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Clean, pickup, remove debris with hourly employees on job sites.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with on site superiora customer loyalty
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in leadership and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
