We are seeking a Manager, Accounting to join the Pittsburgh office. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred.
Position Summary
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing of clients; fiduciary oversight of client trust accounts; facilitates the understanding and use of existing financial data; develops reports to meet specific needs; and ensures that all client billing and trust accounting functions are in accordance with firmwide policies and procedures. Identifies opportunities for process improvements; recommends new processes and technology to improve efficiency and cash flow; coordinates and facilitates the Accounting Department services for the local office(s), and is responsible for coordinating daily workflow and supervising department staff.

Compensation Salary is $90,000-$135,000/ year.
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
