Job Description :
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at K Lund Mechanical, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing outstanding service and support to ensure their HVAC needs are met efficiently and effectively.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities :
1. Customer Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing updates on service requests.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Service Coordination : Coordinate with field technicians to schedule service calls, dispatching them to customer locations in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of service appointments, ensuring that all scheduling information is up-to-date and organized.
3. Problem Resolution : Listen to customer concerns and address any issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical problems, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
4. Sales Support : Assist customers with inquiries about HVAC products and services, providing information, recommendations, and pricing quotes as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and promote additional services to customers.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
