K. McConnell Legal, PLLC is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Clifton Forge, VA

Duties:

- Greets walk-in clients and directs them as appropriate

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals

- Processes incoming and outgoing mail

- Maintains office supplies and orders as required

- Other duties as required

- Works with client management system

Experience:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
