What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- As part of the product development team, you implement professional software solutions for planning and control of our customers' logistical processes as part of an agile process.
- You design and implement modern web and desktop applications and take responsibility for the implementation of sub-projects.
- You will ensure that the products developed are of high quality and completed on time.
- You develop modular REST services based on the Spring framework and corresponding HTML frontends as single-page applications.
- You conduct unit tests in parallel with development to ensure the quality of the technical solutions.
- You support our QA in the area of integration tests.
- You support our project teams with technical and/or business-related issues.
- You work in international teams.
- Your tasks include designing solutions and advising the project teams.
- You have a degree with a focus on computer science, business information systems, mathematics, physics, or comparable qualifications.
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of software development
- You are proficient in back-end Java development especially with the Java Spring framework
- You have experience working with relational databases
- You have experience with version control systems like SVN or Git
- You have experience in front-end TypeScript development as an advantage
- You have experience working with Docker and Kubernetes as an advantage
- You are skilled at logical and structured thinking and have a good command of written and spoken English.
- You have the ability to work independently, be reliable, flexible, committed and able to work under pressure.
