Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures on patients using X-ray equipment. This is a 2 day a week position, 1 day at Stonecreek Family Physicians and 1 day at K STAT Urgent Care.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for X-ray procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Ensure that patients are comfortable and properly positioned during the procedure
- Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for both patients and staff
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases and provide necessary information

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or similar credential
- Knowledge of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
