Primary Function:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Support Specialist at K12 Print is to deliver outstanding customer service by answering calls, handling customer inquiries, aiding in website navigation, processing orders, and overseeing accounts receivable every month. This position is critical in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and fostering effective communication within the company.
Key Roles (Essential Responsibilities):
Productivity: Be able to handle and average 60 customer interactions per eight (8) hour shift after the first 3 months in the position. This includes incoming and outgoing calls.
● Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers
● Display active listening and superior customer service skills for internal and external customers.
● Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
● Assist customers in navigating the company website and placing orders.
● Redirect calls to the appropriate department or team member.
● Handle accounts receivable duties monthly.
● Provide accurate information about products and services.
● Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
● Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
● Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
● Preparing documents and reports for the President & COO
● Increase visibility of K12 Print via posting on social media platformsannouncements of upcoming events and special products.
● Promote K12 Print, including the promotion and coordination of inter-departmental activities and special community events.
● Adhere to established time schedules.

Skills & Knowledge Required:
● High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
● Prior customer service experience, especially in call center or retail environments, is aplus
● Bilingual (Proficient in English and Spanish)
● Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
● Proficiency in using computers and navigating websites
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
