JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an individual for the entry-level role of learning content builder in our Fredericksburg, VA Training and Development department.
In this position, you will help transform written content into digital and printed learning materials by :
Designing layouts, backgrounds, and individual design elements used in learning materials.
Building eLearning’s that engage learners and support their performance.
Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm, plan, and share creative insights on projects.
Continuously developing your knowledge and skills in the field.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM
An eye for visual design, color combinations.
A strong attention to detail.
Critical and creative thinking skills to solve design challenges.
Verbal and visual communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Ahighschool diploma required; college degree preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience; preferably in an adult training, education, or personnel development environment.
Technical Skills : Experience with Google Suite products and PowerPoint
