Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Life Enrichment department in the planning and development of resident activities that promote better health, wellbeing, engagement, and growth in a Retirement Community Setting and within the surrounding local community.

Minimum Qualifications:

· College degree preferred

· Experience working with groups of seniors; event planning

· Good Communication skills and one to one interactive skills with seniors and older adults

· Type a minimum of 50 wpm

· Computer proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel, Outlook, and Search Engine navigation via google on Microsoft Edge and or Chrome.

· Comfortable and wiling to learn Applications used in the Health Care Industry and at Kahala Nui.

· Proof of annual Flu vaccination in accordance with Kahala Nui’s associate policies.

· Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations.
