The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, planning, and communicating the activities of construction projects. They will maintain awareness of multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that objectives are being accomplished within constraints of time, efficiency, quality, and resources. In addition, the Project Manager will act as a liaison to employees, supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Above all, they will ensure the timely progress of large projects from conception to completion while ensuring that Kahn Mechanical’s standards, values, and expectations for conduct are met or exceeded.

Attend OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) Meetings
Be responsible for Subcontractor Management
Assemble and Execute Change Orders
Establish and maintain Client Communication
Ensure Client Satisfaction and Expectation Management
Ask the 5 Why’s
Be the Accountability Czar
Ensure that work is performed according to contractual and client specifications
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure that resources, equipment, and materials are available and accounted for
Lead planning meetings to ensure proper job staffing and progress
Submit job reports in a timely and accurate manner
Gather, file, and account for all necessary and relevant documentation
Assist in assembling estimates, schedules, and technical plans
Advise the Kahn Mechanical Leadership Team as required

You have…
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study (Master’s Degree and/or PMP preferred)
Extended experience and depth of knowledge in Project Management, specifically in Construction or related field
Experience with MISOP, Lean Pull Plans, Gantt Charts, and scheduling/tracking tools
OSHA Construction Safety Certifications
Spanish language skills
Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
Clean background check and drug screen
