```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Answer phone calls and provide information about restaurant services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments using the POS system (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Assist with food service duties as needed

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest relations role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service procedures is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
