Responsibilities : All training provided; procedure manuals at your disposal.

Handling phone calls/texts/emails/faxes.

Scheduling patients.

Checking in new patients.

Collecting money.

Assisting doctors.

Requirements :

Must speak English fluently.

Must be able to quickly and efficiently use Word, Excel, iPhone calls/texts, email.

Must be willing to learn electronic health recording system, called Optimantra, for scheduling and taking payments. Instructional videos and manual at your disposal.. ( The system is easy to learn and we will train you)

Reimbursement :

$14/hour first 4 weeks training. The training can be shorter depending on the personal learning ability.

$17-22/hour depending on experience and performance.

Work schedule:

Part Time: Approximately 18 to 19 hours per week, with occasional additional hours if other assistants on vacation.

Hours need to be flexible in clinic normal business hours when needed.

After schedule set, will not have weekly or monthly changes, so please no person who need continually changing schedules.
