Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

• Expert in Full Stack Development: Demonstrated mastery in both front-end and back-end development.
• Expert in Agile Scrum Competency: Ability to create, refine, and breakdown Epics and User Stories into a ready backlog with acceptance criteria.
• Expertise in AWS Full Stack Development: Proficiency in developing applications utilizing AWS services.
• Expertise in Development of Containerized Microservices: Ability to develop containerized microservices to run on-prem Kubernetes or similar environments.
• Expertise in UI/UX Collaboration: Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to convert application designs/wireframes into functional user interfaces.
• Expertise in Data Acquisition Interface: Proficient in working with various devices and protocols like MQTT, OPC-UA, Kepware, SQL, Oracle, and Postgres.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development & support team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for existing and new applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Respond to user-reported issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate and diagnose software defects, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
• Work with UI/UX resources to convert application designs/wireframes into functional user interfaces.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability.
• Authorship of Project Deliverables.
• Participation in Data Conversion and Maintenance.
• Provide Thought Leadership and Technical Configuration/Development as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for meetings, expenses covered.
