1. Professional Development : Design and deliver high-quality, evidence-based educational programs for staff members, aligning with organizational strategies and goals.
2. Program Management : Develop and implement an orientation, training, and competency assessment program for new and existing employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and professional organization recommendations.
3. Leader/Change Agent : Analyze change initiatives, identify performance/systems issues versus development needs, and communicate effectively with others. Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain knowledge of change management theories and regulatory standards.
