  • Trust Advisor: Provides guidance to managers on staff interactions and fosters positive employee relations by serving in an advisory capacity.
  • Workforce Development: Coordinates and tracks employee training and development to support current and future workforce development needs.
  • Talent Acquisition Retention: Recruits and onboards employees in alignment with company and departmental goals in order to ensure that the organization attracts and retains the right talent.
