We are seeking an Entry Level Business Development Specialists to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic sales and business development campaigns for our client. The Entry Level Business Development Specialist will be involved in residential customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty. A competent Entry Level Business Development Specialist will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in increased performance. Responsibilities For Our Entry Level Business Development Specialist
Develop best practices surrounding the use of business development and sales systems to drive team business objectives
Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regards to business strategies on requested management
Collaborate with the business development team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams
Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental sales strategies and top-tier customer service
Participate in-classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars
Educating consumers on new services or promotions
Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service skills
Work face to face with homeowners through assigned territories
Team management and mentorship
RequirementsQualifications for our Entry Level Business Development Specialist:
1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experience
Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one’s professional skills
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment
Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
Local to the area with reliable transportation
