We are looking for a full-time Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the multifamily, hotel, or apartment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
- Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensuring compliance with jobsite protocols and safety standards
- Resolve any construction issues that arise
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the construction process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in the multifamily/apartment and/or hotel industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software
