What You Will Be Doing
- Over see recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle onboarding process and new hire orientation.
- Manage our HRIS system.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Support HR Director with various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
