Kaleidascope, Inc. is a non-profit providing a multitude of services to those on the Autism Spectrum. We are looking for staff who are professional, compssionate and motivated.

**Job Title:** Office Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. If you have a background in office management and excel in communication and organization, we invite you to apply.

**Duties:**

- Efficiently manage schedules and appointments

- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

- Oversee office filing systems and ensure proper documentation

- Manage phone systems and handle inquiries professionally

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in office software applications for file management

- Ability to handle phone systems professionally and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
