Being the #1 Kia Dealership in the Region means that we see a lot of people and sell even more cars! As much as we would love to take credit for every car sold, it is really our Super-Secret Ninja’s in the War Room making things happen behind the scenes! They’re making calls, scheduling appointments, working leads, and answering questions in stealth-like-style. Since Super-Secret Ninja isn’t a “real” job title, we call them BDC Agents. We know, not as cool but equally as important- so put your nun chucks away for now.

An average day in the War Room consists of coffee, a headset, some good music, or a movie you love while working leads in the system. Every call is a potential addition to the Kalidy Family, building rapport is critical. We rebuke the norm- our BDC department holds contests, fashion shows, and celebrates your wins with you. Showing up to work doesn’t have to be boring, but you do need to be reliable.
