Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on split AC systems, RTU systems, and small refrigeration units.
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Perform system upgrades and modifications as required to improve performance and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients to explain technical issues, present options, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet service goals.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Familiarity with refrigeration principles, electrical circuits, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to resolve technical problems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and supporting their efforts.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the Central Florida region including Tampa, FL.
