Schedule : This position will require travel, overnight hotel stays and a combination of days and nights. Kalos pays for travel time and hotel stays for our employees.
Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years experience as commercial or residential HVAC technician.
• Take instructions from management and the dispatch team
• Arrive to work on time or early
• Calls and work will be a combination of office directed, as well as self-directed and will require a high level of communication.
• Complete all timesheets and paperwork in a complete and proper manner Daily
• Communicate with office staff and our customers in a professional manner
• Don't be negative about your past jobs, coworkers, customers, your family, etc
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and work truck

Schedule : Primary schedule will be Monday -Thursday 9PM -7AM. Your schedule Will fluctuate depending on projects; and may also include the day shifts. 40-50 hours per week is standard. - Any Hours worked over 50/week Must have written approval from your manager.
