PART-TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
[Job location: Garden Grove, CA]
We are seeking for a well-rounded part-time Apartment Maintenance Technician with friendly personality who knows their way around plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC for its 180 Unit residential apartments in Garden Grove, CA 92840.
Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of property, preparation of vacant units for occupancy and assist with special circumstances/emergencies in aiding the maintenance of the property's overall quality and curb appeal.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior experience related to property or building maintenance or related skills in general trades.
Compensation: Depending on experience. Please submit resume with compensation expectation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR PART-TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
- Verifiable work experience in an Apartment Maintenance or Facilities Maintenance
- Has the ability to be on-call and has basic computer skills (email and internet).
- Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
- Great follow through skills and able to meet deadline
- Exceptional attention to detail takes great pride in the quality of their work
- Ability to use various power tools and equipment.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of maintenance, including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, service requests, prepare apartments for move-ins and upkeep of project grounds.
- Timely complete tasks as directed by Management.
- Able to communicate and effectively work together with project team members
- May work with a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management to aid the maintenance and operation of the project.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
- Bilingual in Korean or Vietnamese a plus
- Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license
