As we continue our exciting journey of growth, we are on the lookout for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our passionate HR and Accounting teams and contribute to the ongoing success of our exceptional company.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

· Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies to support employee engagement and retention.

· Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

· Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as processing payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and leave management.

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete all necessary payroll-related documentation accurately and on time.

· Provide guidance and support to new hires regarding payroll procedures, including tax forms, direct deposit setup, and benefits enrollment.

· Participate in training sessions or workshops for new employees on payroll-related topics as needed, ensuring they understand payroll policies and procedures.

· Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including full-time and part-time workers.

· Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.

· Address any payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.

· Generate payroll reports and analyze data to identify discrepancies or trends.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following skills and experience:

· Associate degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or related HR function.

· Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as Paylocity, or similar platforms.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices, particularly in relation to payroll administration.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service to new hires.
