The Supervisor, Distribution manages hourly associates and temporary workers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include coaching and training associates; planning, assigning and supervising work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Schedule - Must be available to work any shift assigned
Benefits-Eligible 1st of the month after date of hire.
