We are looking for an established Linux Administrator with a deep understanding of implementation, troubleshooting and IT systems maintenance – to work for a software company with a great company culture and a defined path for career growth.

· Manage IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices

· Configure and install new servers and workstations

· Be part of a technology team responsible for managing a network workstations and servers in an environment utilizing the latest hardware and software

· Manage shared storage systems

· Provide outstanding end-user support

· Administer, configure, and support Linux servers and application deployments

· Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and communicate findings to stakeholders

· Resolve help desk escalations and process items in a ticket queue

· Must have good problem solving, teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

· Perform system administration duties across the environment to provide support services for customer
