Kanner & Pintaluga is Hiring a Business Development Specialist (Property Damage) Near Coral, FL

Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Business Development Specialist to join our busy team in South FL.

Position Summary: :

The Business Development Specialist works closely with roofing companies, general contractors, public adjusters, plumbers, water remediation companies, etc. to acquire new accounts and maintain existing accounts for the Property Damage Practice Group.

Essential Job Functions: :

  • Generate new accounts for Property Damage Practice Group through networking, luncheons, events, and more.
  • Connect new accounts with attorneys who will work well together to produce the best results.
  • Onboard new clients as needed.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with existing accounts via regular communication and check-ins, lunch & learns, office visits, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate/plan events for new and existing clients.
  • Utilize CRM Software (Salesforce) to track account information such as contact information, outreach efforts, case referrals, and outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as required by Director of Marketing.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
  • High school/GED diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
  • Outside Sales experience, minimum of 3 years required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver presentations/Public speaking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software i.e., Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
  • Team-oriented.
