Position Description:

The Unit Secretary — Hospice House reports to the Team Manager of the Hospice House. This individual is responsible for general secretarial duties, which support the nursing functions at the Hospice House to include telephone communication with the public and welcoming visitors to the facility.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Requirements:

• Knowledge of general office practices.
• Background in service oriented agencies preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Word processing and data entry experience.
• Good phone and public communication etiquette.
