Our growing company is currently seeking a full time Production Lead that values safety, is reliable, and operates with a high level of integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with safety regulations
• Work in a team environment
• Work in hot or cold temperatures throughout the day
• Perform other duties as assigned by management team
• Continuously seeking individual improvement

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of 50lbs or more
• Frequent bending, carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling
• Continuous standing and walking on concrete

Experience

• Previous manufacturing or related experience (1 year)
• Leadership skills
• *Forklift experience (does not have to be certified, but must be proficient)
• Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish)
