Project Manager– Kapco Grafton, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive essential project activities from conception to fruition, encompassing Risk, Issue, Change Management, Resource Allocation, and reporting with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and necessary activities and tasks.
  • Foster teamwork and cooperation within the team, guiding them towards shared objectives even without direct authority, while offering professional support and facilitating delegation with respect and accountability.
  • Implement a comprehensive project communication plan to ensure effective information dissemination, including regular updates to Kapco leadership.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Review status reports provided by teammates and adapt schedules or plans as needed.
  • Continuously monitor performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of project goals.
