A national firm that collaborates with government, private and public organisations to deliver reliable service and outstanding results.Responsibilities:

• Support the existing Director and mentor the team
• Identify growth opportunities for the Business Unit and the broader company
• Build and manage client relationships
• Conduct feasibility costs and estimating
• Oversee cost planning during design phases
• Manage costs during construction
• Deliver PQS services
• Participate in Quality Assurance for reporting

• At least 10 years of private sector experience in Sydney
• Strong professional network
• Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Membership with AIQS or RICS
• Proven ability to lead and guide a team
• Driven to innovate and add value
• High attention to detail
• Responsive to client needs and capable of meeting business deadlines
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate for the company's success
