A leading Australian Property Development company are experiencing significant growth. Building on some recent appointments within their PM team, they are currently in search of a Project Manager to join their team in Sydney CBD.

They specialise in the operation and management of high-profile Hotels & Estates and offers a comprehensive suite of services that includes acquisitions, development planning, refurbishment delivery, and project management.
The Role
The Project Manager's key responsibilities includes managing and overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The PM will be expected to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activities, particularly focusing on development planning and refurbishment. Furthermore, they will contribute to the acquisition and development process through market analysis, due diligence, and deal execution.
The role's purpose is to support the delivery and refurbishments of acquisitions, encompassing responsibilities such as cost planning, contract administration, project coordination, and end-to-end management of projects.
This includes programming—knowledge and experience with design and construction programming, identifying milestones and critical paths—as well as knowledge and experience with budgets, cost planning, and cost reporting. Conducting regular check-ins with stakeholders and project reports are also part of the role, requiring strong Excel and Microsoft project skills.
