As a Customer Service Representative, you will help grow my Allstate agency by engaging and assisting existing customers and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Job Qualifications

  • Property & Casualty License Required!
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up a must
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude!

*Responsibilities *

  • Tracking of required documents and contact customers to assist in returning documents to maintain compliance
  • Assist new customers with the onboarding process
  • Inform customers of renewals and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Handle in-bound calls from customers requiring adding coverages, making payments, ect
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Educate existing and prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
