We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier/Front Line Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our business, responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:**

- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.

- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information on products and services.

- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- **Transaction Processing:**

- Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.

- Scan items, ensure pricing accuracy, and process returns and exchanges as needed.

- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change due to customers accurately.

- **Front Line Duties:**

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.

- Restock and organize impulse purchase items and ensure displays are tidy.

- Ensure all promotional materials are up to date and visible to customers.

- Monitor and manage queues to ensure efficient customer flow.

- **Other Duties:**

- Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and other store operations as needed.

- Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
