Job Summary:
We are seeking a new member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling payments and calculating change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating proportions
- Experience with cash register operations for processing payments accurately
- Sales skills to promote specials and upsell items
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus
- Understanding of retail math concepts for pricing drinks appropriately
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
