Karch Auto is Hiring a Body Shop Administrator Near State College, PA
Daily Tasks:
- Entering Invoices in CCC or Quick Books
- Greeting customers for the body shop department
- Contacting customers to schedule body shop repairs or estimates
- In charge of Body Shop accounts receivable
- Able to show up Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintaining correspondence with body shop customers throughout the repair process
- Assist other departments as needed with various office tasks
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings
- Ability to pass a background check
