Role Description

This is an unpaid internship or founding team member (equity) role for a Battery Management Systems Engineer at Karh. As a Battery Management Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, engineering, and collaborating with the senior and founding team on the development battery management system hardware.

This is a hybrid role if the engineer is located in Cambridge, MA, or Montreal, QC but also allows for remote work.

Qualifications

• Battery Management Systems hardware experience
• Strong background in Hardware Engineering
• Expertise in embedded boards
• Knowledge of stationary energy storage systems and their applications
• Excellent solution-finding and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with renewable energy systems is a plus
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Applications Engineering or related field
