We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a strong ability to engage with customers and drive revenue.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and suggest upsells
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and courteously
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the store management
Skills:
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product specifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
- Experience in jewelry sales or willingness to learn about jewelry products
- Proficiency in stock management to ensure adequate inventory levels
