We are looking for a CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR!

Pay: $25.00 an hour - $30.00 an hour DOE

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of incoming RFQs
• Support outgoing quotes and incoming purchase orders
• Distribute Sales Order packages to respective departments
• Support customer visitors (lunches etc.)
• Manage customer situations; Respond promptly to customer needs; Respond to requests for service and assistance and meets commitments.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages
• Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied
