SummaryThe Physical Inspection Technician position is a part of the Quality team . A t echnician will need to have basic understanding of print reading , GD&T , and metrology tools . They are responsible for running CMM programs , in addition to inspecting parts with manual inspection tools and adhering to all work instructions . Previous e xperience with CNC Machining in a manufacturing work environment is not required , but very helpful .

Day Shift – 8AM – 4:30PM
What You Will Do
- The Physical Inspection Technician re ports directly to the area Supervisor.
- Run CMM Machines
- Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
- Monitors the process and outputs to ensure p art quality .
- Completes work orders, inspection documentation, and daily preventative maintenance sheets.
- Promote health and safety of self and co-workers .
- Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the AS9100 Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Completes all required training.

- Operating machinery from a standing position
- Constantly positions self to operate machinery in a variety of configurations.
- Constantly visually inspect parts
- Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 3 0 pounds
