Qualifications and preferred requirements:

• Montessori Certification (preferred but not required)
• Montessori Experience (2 years teaching preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred)
• CPR/First Aid/MAT
• Great organizational skills
• Technology skills to input student lessons
• Energetic, dedicated, and able to become involved in all aspects of the program
• Strong love of nature and ability to teach class entirely outside is required
• Strong commitment to educate children and eagerness to learn
• Friendly, patient and warm demeanor
• Ability to communicate with parents in a positive and engaging manner
• Team player
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility with shift (workday will fall within 7:00 am-6:00 pm)

Duties Performed but not limited to:

• Looking for a job that includes laughter, singing, and hugs? Don't worry if you are new to teaching, we offer two weeks of training to all new members of our team, no matter what your experience is.
• We are hiring full-time and part-time MONTESSORI teachers. All teachers work with a partner teacher to care for and teach a group of children, working as a team. Together both teachers will implement lesson plans. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care. Lead a classroom with children eager to learn by utilizing a comprehensive and hands-on curriculum We seek teachers that are comfortable caring for ALL AGES, infants through Kindergarten.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible, fun, and patience with children.
