B2B tech leader is searching for a strategic thinker to join growing team as Director of Operations and GTM Strategy and drive operations and strategic initiatives impacting customer base and customer-facing teams, including Professional Services, Support and Account Management. The ideal candidate has a strong operational mindset and excels at utilizing data-driven insights to shape company priorities and guide the work for multiple departments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the leader for strategic initiatives affecting customer base and customer-facing teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer interactions.
• Lead cross-functional work streams for key initiatives.
• Manage special projects across various functions and departments.
• Lead a small, diverse team in operations, strategy, and analytics, executing key projects and uncovering strategic insights.

Background and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, private equity, or consulting.
• Expertise in recurring revenue business models; familiarity with B2B software is a plus.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on complex business issues.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Familiar with finance/financial analytics, applying it to strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a collaborative approach.
• Team management experience is a plus.
