Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A
Miami, Florida
Onsite position - not eligible for remote or hybrid work
What You'll Do

• Support Sr Director, FP&A through interactions with leaders across functional areas including GTM (Go to market), Product and G&A finance
• Manage consolidations of monthly forecasts and variance analyses
• Align with Treasury and Accounting/Controllership to help build and support complete Kaseya financial view and outlook for monthly and quarterly cadences
• Prepare post close analytics on monthly actuals and forecasts, such as bridges from Budget / Forecast to Actuals and summarize findings to FP&A leader
• Own the headcount analytics for Investors reporting and the BOD (Board of Directors) deck
• Support annual planning process – gather historical data as well as taking part in updating and maintaining financial model
• Provide cover for ad hoc assignments – such as quick mock-up of requests from management with quick turnaround time

Requirements

• 4-6 Years of solid Finance/FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel and solid PowerPoint skills
• Experience financial planning systems such as Hyperion (Dimensions, Chart of Accounts)
