The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and management of Oracle HCM modules. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes, ensure data accuracy, and optimize HR systems for better decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, experience with Oracle HCM, and a passion for improving HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and others.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze and optimize HR data to support better decision-making.
• Develop and maintain HR system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM features and best practices to continuously improve HR systems.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and management.
• ADP experience
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system optimization.
