Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Walnut Creek, CA or Phoenix, AZ-Hybrid 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday).
Duration: 6-12 Months CTH
Duties/Day To Day OverviewWorkday Techno-Functional Engineer/Analyst with experience in HCM, Absence and Time Tracking with the following skills:
Workday Fundamentals, Business Processes, Reports (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and of course, Extend.
Top Requirements(Must haves)
Experience in HCM, Absence, time tracking
Workday fundamentals, business process
Reports: Simple, advanced, matrix, composite BIRT
Needs someone who can come in and work autonomously and be a doer--no handholding
Ability to interface with business units (both technical and functional)
Understand how to build integrations, though the emphasis is fine tuning versus building from scratch
(preferred) Workday Extend Experience
Location: Walnut Creek, CA or Phoenix, AZ-Hybrid 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday).
