Kate Therapeutics is a patient-focused biotechnology company developing next generation AAV-based gene therapies to treat genetically defined muscle and heart disease. We are applying novel technology platforms that directly address the key limitations of current gene therapies, including tissue-specific delivery and gene regulation. These breakthroughs have the potential to improve efficacy and safety of gene therapy and enable the pursuit of a broader set of genetically validated targets that are otherwise difficult to drug with current AAV technologies.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and independent candidate to join our team and support the Facilities and Research Operations Department to conduct high quality, efficient and safe research. This includes supporting the optimal functioning of laboratory equipment, procurement and tracking of supplies, and working with scientists to implement biological sample and electronic data tracking workstreams.

Base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
