Reports To: Principal/AdministratorDuty Days: 187 DaysWage/Hour Status: Non-ExemptPay Grade: AS01QualificationsCollege hours, high school diploma or GED
Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance skills
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
General office management
Ability to work with people
Receptionist skills
Excellent skills in spelling and grammar
Primary PurposeSchool office experience or volunteer experience (preferred)
Clerical duties as assigned
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Working ConditionsWork with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions.

- Answer telephone, take messages, and transfer calls.
