The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated firm designated one of the Best Companies to Work For among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking candidates as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our team.
The candidate will be required to answer phones, field emails and mail, conduct preliminary client intake, communicate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel, manage calendaring for a team of attorneys and staff, organize and manage files for attorneys.
The candidate will also handle Paralegal tasks and help support with all phases of litigation, including initial client intake, document and exhibit management, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, court filings, and calendar management. This paralegal must be comfortable with frequent client interaction, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects for the attorneys on the team.
