The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

Responsibilities:
As part of our ongoing effort to actively recruit and advance lawyers of diverse backgrounds, Kaufman Dolowich participates in Mansfield Rule Certification and is a five-time recognized law firm. The process measures whether law firms affirmatively consider diverse lawyers for promotions, senior level hiring and significant leadership roles. Kaufman Dolowich strives for a candidate pool consisting of at least 30% women, attorneys of color, and/or LGBTQ attorneys for all lateral partner and mid-to-senior-level associate hires.
